Tertiary qualified with a Bachelor of Property from The University of Auckland and having worked within the Auckland Real Estate industry, Adam is well-qualified to recruit for the Property and Construction market.

Having previously worked for a multi-national recruitment company, Kylie understands the nature of New Zealand’s fast-paced recruitment industry. She is tertiary qualified with a Bachelor of Education and works as a Personal Trainer alongside her role at Wynter. Kylie is the glue that binds, ensuring the office runs smoothly by implementing and upholding all processes and systems, and providing administrative support to the team.
Coming from a background in both residential and commercial construction, Simon has a wealth of knowledge within the industry.
Starting on the tools as an apprentice carpenter, working his way up into a Design/Pricing role within the Frame & Truss industry, Simon has shown a natural ability to adapt to all areas across the industry. With a passion to succeed, he is driven to deliver the best outcome for all candidate’s and client’s he works with.

After completing his apprenticeship in the trade industry, Aaron realised he excelled in building and maintain relationships with clients and peers alike.
Aaron then moved into a commercial account management role for several years, as a result there isn’t a site or development he isn’t aware of or has a relationship with. Approachable and insightful, he now combines his networks and in-depth knowledge to match candidates to their ideal role. In his spare time, you will find him relaxing with a beer and fishing rod at the family batch in the Coromandel.
