With a background which started working for one of New Zealand’s largest home builders, Tyler has honed his knowledge in the industry bringing a high level technical understanding to his dealings with both construction firms and candidates. This understanding was developed over years on the ground working in both Main Contractor and Sub-Contractor capacities. Tyler is focuses predominantly on Leading Hand to Senior Site Manager positions within Commercial Construction / Fit Out and from Leading Hand to Construction Operations / General Manager positions in Residential Construction.
